Positioning Systems

These piezoelectric positioning systems provide up to sub-nanometer resoultions and hundreds of micrometers of motion. Products include actuators, one dimensional translators and multi-dimensional translators. These elements are available as closed-loop or open-loop units.

Tilting Systems

These elements provide excellent piezoelectric reliability with high resolution tilting. With up to 35mrad (2deg) tilting angle they are available in both open and closed-loop versions.

Special Systems Application specific systems include fiber holders and slit systems. A unique three dimensional system for fiber positioning, the FAPOS, is available with both mechanical and piezoelectric motion for the highest resolution and versatility when working with fibers. It is especially suited for fiber coupling.
Controllers/Electronics The controllers and electronics for driving the piezoelectric elements are available in modular systems. This allows for easy expansion of an experimentail or commercial setup. The controllers can be controlled via a computer interface for automation.
