The Industrial Diode Laser system delivers either 25W or 50W of multi-mode laser output at 920nm. It combines highly reliable single emitter diodes, fiber delivery, red pointing diode with a heat sink, power supply and control electronics in one package. The IDL series can be supplied with a fiber pigtail output or a connectorised fiber 600um core and 0.22NA. |

Oxxius has developed
GaN diode systems that are available at several wavelengths with power levels of tens of milliwatts. Oxxius Violet Laser Diode Modules and Power Supplies are available with 7mW in output power at wavelengths of 375nm, 405nm and 440nm. |
